The APECS® site will be frozen with final 2025 data for the first few weeks in January. During this time, users can pull 2025 reporting and view year-end results. The site will go live with 2026 data on Monday, January 19. This will allow ample time for users to pull 2025 reporting, and it will also prevent visibility of low scores that are due to low survey volume.
NOTE: The Action Alert and Magical Moment pages will not be frozen, and those open-ended comments will continue to be posted daily, beginning on January 6, 2026. Users will be expected to follow up with customers who have requested contact as usual.
